Your Circumstance:

Jim worked as a labourer for a gas utility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. When the option came to apply for a backhoe/front-end-loader agent job, he was excited. 3 people applied. To select one who would find the job, the company asked every one of them to go out and also work on the back-hoe to get a day. Sean felt his change intended for the job disappear because he had never also driven a tractor, not to mention used a backhoe. When he went out, he did not learn how to start the tractor. One of the other backhoe providers had to present him. He managed throughout the day, and his big surprise, did a lot better than the others. Having been given the work.
